3 cups oats
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
Dash of Salt

1TBS vanilla (Sometimes I don't put this in)
1 cup oil
1 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
½ to ¾ cup of ground flax seed (optional)
1/2 cup ground almonds (optional)
1/2 cup ground quinoa (optional)
1/2 cup ground almonds (optional)
1/2 cup ground quinoa (optional)
Add your choice of any kind of treat or dried fruit. We like to use m&ms, raisins, nuts, craisins, chocolate chips or anything that sounds good. You can also add any kind of healthy nut or grain.
Mix all ingredients and lightly press into a lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 for 20-22 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let cool for about 10 minutes before cutting.
These store well after cooled and can also be frozen to preserver longer.
