garlic & tomato angel hair

This is another amazing meal where meat is definitely not needed and/or missed... And to top it off, it's quite inexpensive to make, and it is a beautiful meal. Mmmmmm, I can just smell the garlic...If you do want a meat to go with it, Chicken or Salmon would be completely delicious....
This is basically like Oli n Olio, except we add various ingredients and make it differently each time, depending on the ingredients we have...I feel silly writing down the recipe, but if you've never had it...here are the ingredients:

Cost: About $7-8
Ingredients:
Angel Hair (however much you like)
Garlic cloves, whole, peeled and then julienne cut in half (We use about 2+ bunches per 1 lb of noodles)
Olive Oil, enough to sautee the garlic cloves and mix with the noodles
Tomatoes (optional)
Onions, Preferrably green, cut small (optional)
Parmesan
Fresh Spinach Cooked
Artisan Baguette Bread
White Sauce (I'll post a recipe for this soon, but it's another...no measure, just throw it together sauce)

Cook noodles, Sautee garlic in olive oil, add any other stuff to spice it up (tomatoes, asparagus etc). After garlic is soft and lightly browned (don't burn, it'll be yuck) add to rinsed noodles and mix up....

Serve with Parmesan and a little salt and pepper... MMMMMmmmmmm. We never feel 'tight' when we eat this meal even though it cost us about $7 for the entire meal for 8 with leftovers for Papa's lunch the next day.
